Spearhead AI Governance initiatives, focusing on Responsible AI, model governance, explainability, transparency, fairness, accountability, and monitoring.

Define robust governance controls for Generative AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, and Advanced Analytics. Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, risk, compliance, legal, and security to establish comprehensive governance requirements.

Design and implement data quality frameworks, controls, and remediation processes. Work closely with data, analytics, and AI teams to ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory standards.

Conduct governance maturity assessments, develop roadmaps for continuous improvement, and support audit and compliance activities. Create governance metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting for leadership. Lead governance councils and mentor high-performing teams, fostering the adoption of best practices.

Possess a strong academic foundation, including a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, Statistics, Risk Management, or a related field.

Demonstrate proven experience in implementing enterprise-wide governance programs and operating models. Expertise in AI Governance, including Responsible AI Frameworks, AI Risk Management, and Model Governance is essential.

Familiarity with regulatory and compliance knowledge, such as DPDPA, Model Risk Management Frameworks, and Internal Audit Requirements is expected. A solid understanding of the Machine Learning Lifecycle, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, OpenAI, and Azure OpenAI Services is crucial for success.
