This role focuses on transforming Order-to-Deliver (O2D) operations using cutting-edge AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI solutions. You will collaborate with business and technology leaders to identify key opportunities within Order Management, Logistics, Global Trade Management, and Customer Service, ultimately enhancing operational efficiency, productivity, and customer experience.

As an AI Technology Consultant, you will: - Drive the transformation of Order-to-Deliver processes leveraging AI and GenAI. - Collaborate with senior business and technology stakeholders to identify and implement high-value opportunities. - Enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and customer experience across various functions. - Play a key role in leveraging advanced AI technologies and frameworks.

This permanent role requires 8-10 years of experience in technology transformation and digital innovation. A strong background in Order-to-Deliver, Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Service, or Global Trade Management is essential. You should have experience designing and implementing AI, analytics, automation, or digital transformation solutions.

Candidates must possess a deep understanding of enterprise systems and supply chain technology platforms. Prior experience with GenAI, LLMs, Agentic AI frameworks, AI copilots, or intelligent automation is highly desirable. Experience managing business stakeholders and driving transformation programs across multiple functions is crucial.
