Join EY's Talent Services team as a Learning Deployment Specialist. This contract role focuses on the successful rollout of learning initiatives and projects within Talent Development. You'll manage the entire deployment process, support learning budgets, and track compliance and attendance.

Key responsibilities include managing course scheduling, submitting content for publication, and overseeing the end-to-end execution of learning deployment plans and budgets.

This involves monitoring participant nominations, handling cancellations, and serving as the primary contact for Talent Development queries. You will also prepare facilitators, manage SharePoint sites, and support online and virtual learning projects, acting as a vILT producer when needed.

Additional duties encompass maintaining operational excellence, generating ideas for virtual learning programs, managing venue and accommodation bookings for residential courses, and ensuring CE credits are awarded. Support for broader projects within the Learning and Leadership Development teams is also expected.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a solutions-oriented mindset, capable of adapting to shifting priorities and managing multiple tasks. Strong IT proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint is essential, along with the ability to quickly acquire new skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, along with the capacity to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders across all organizational levels. A strong team spirit, an enthusiastic approach, and commercial awareness are highly valued.

Experience in stakeholder management, business consulting, and influencing others, coupled with change management skills, is beneficial. Expertise in curating knowledge resources and managing relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders is also important. An openness to learn and utilize AI technologies will be a requirement. Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality services is paramount.
