Collaborate closely with SAP/Systems Implementation consultants, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to define target audience training needs. Design and develop engaging SAP/SI course content and learning activities using established models like ADDIE and Kirkpatrick. Create supporting materials such as audio, video, simulations, and role-plays, and develop assessment instruments to evaluate learner performance.

Ensure high-quality deliverables through rigorous internal reviews and client feedback. Become a recognized subject matter expert in SAP/SI domains. Maintain and update training materials based on SAP system and business requirement changes. Build strong relationships with clients and project team members through effective communication and collaboration. Contribute to the development of practice collaterals, tools, and methodologies, and drive thought leadership in SAP/SI learning.

A Bachelor's or Associate's degree coupled with 4-7 years of relevant experience is required. Proven expertise in SAP systems, modules (e.g., FI, HR, MM, S4/HANA), and proficiency with authoring tools like SAP EnableNow, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or WalkMe is essential. Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, experience developing diverse digital learning deliverables (web-based, videos, podcasts), and excellent English writing skills are also necessary.

Ideal candidates will possess experience with data-driven instructional design, strong project management capabilities, and knowledge of Learning Management Systems. You should be adept at managing ambiguity, possess sharp attention to detail, demonstrate excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, and be culturally aware and adaptable. Willingness to travel for client projects is also a requirement.
