Lead comprehensive SAP/SI learning and development strategies, ensuring alignment with engagement goals and enhancing end-user performance. You will manage key stakeholders, design and implement effective learning solutions, and ensure cost-effective, scalable delivery. This role involves leading, coaching, and mentoring a team of learning professionals, fostering innovation and professional growth. You will also establish instructional design expertise, build project pipelines, and drive new SAP/SI capabilities based on market trends. Ensure high-quality deliverables through rigorous reviews and manage engagement risks, project economics, and planning.

A Bachelor's or associate degree with 14-18 years of experience in implementing and leading complex learning projects is required. Essential expertise includes proven knowledge of SAP systems (FI, HR, MM, S4/HANA), successful learning program development, and a strong grasp of adult learning principles and instructional design. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are crucial. The ability to lead proposals, think strategically, and execute tactically is key. Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel is mandatory. Experience managing large teams and multiple digital learning engagements is also necessary.
