Join EY's Global Delivery Services (GDS) People Consulting (PC) team as an Instructional Design Manager, specializing in SAP/Systems Implementation (SI). Lead and manage large-scale SAP/SI learning engagements, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction. Establish and grow instructional design expertise within the practice, guiding a team of specialists. Collaborate with regional stakeholders to build a project pipeline and identify emerging SAP/SI learning trends. Drive the adoption of advanced technologies and digital solutions for SAP/SI learning. Ensure operational efficiency through effective risk management, planning, and budgeting.

Provide strategic visual design direction and act as a subject matter expert. Develop innovative tools, techniques, and methodologies to enhance the SAP/SI practice. Contribute to process improvements and automation within GDS PC. Mentor and coach team members, setting goals and facilitating performance reviews.

To excel in this role, you need a Bachelor’s or Associate Degree with 10-14 years of experience in implementing and leading complex learning projects. Proven expertise in SAP systems (FI, HR, MM, S/4HANA) and extensive experience in designing and developing SAP/SI training. Strong knowledge of SAP EnableNow, instructional design principles, storyboarding, and visual design is essential. Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel, coupled with excellent English writing and communication skills, is required.

Experience managing large teams and multiple digital learning engagements is crucial. Familiarity with authoring tools like Articulate Storyline, Captivate, WalkMe, and others is highly valued. An ability to articulate design decisions and provide creative direction will be beneficial. Ideally, you will have experience with gamification, data-driven design, and proven project management skills from concept to delivery.
