Join EY's Global Delivery Services (GDS) Growth & Innovation team as an Associate Director, Operations Strategist for the EY-Mistral alliance. This pivotal role will drive the operational strategy, governance, and execution for EY's partnership with Mistral AI, focusing on leveraging their enterprise AI platform for client growth.

You will translate joint strategic priorities into actionable plans, measurable outcomes, and coordinated execution across various functions. The role demands a blend of strategic planning, business management, program leadership, and a strong understanding of generative AI, responsible AI, and deployment considerations. Operating from GDS, you will ensure consistent support across regions and service lines, maintaining key interfaces with both EY and Mistral stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include owning and evolving the global operating model and governance framework for the alliance.

You will translate alliance priorities into operating plans and roadmaps, design and manage executive governance forums, and develop performance scorecards.

Coordinate joint go-to-market activities, support the lifecycle of Mistral-enabled offerings, and build repeatable GDS services and playbooks.

This role involves coordinating capability building, embedding responsible AI and regulatory considerations, and managing alliance investments and forecasts.

You will orchestrate execution across a complex global matrix of teams, identify and mitigate execution risks, and drive automation and data quality improvements. Coaching matrixed contributors to enhance delivery discipline is also a core part of the role.

We are seeking a seasoned professional with senior-level experience in technology alliance operations, AI or data ecosystem programs, business management, PMO, commercialization, or strategic execution.

A strong understanding of the enterprise generative AI landscape, including foundation models, APIs, and deployment patterns, is essential. You must possess excellent stakeholder management, communication, and financial acumen, along with strong analytical capabilities.

Essential qualifications include a university degree in a related field and 15+ years of relevant experience, including substantial leadership responsibility. Practical experience with alliance business plans, pipeline reporting, and offering governance is required.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 and business intelligence tools is necessary. The ability to work flexibly across priorities, time zones, and evolving requirements is also crucial.
