This position requires hands-on expertise with Microsoft Partner Center to drive governance, operational efficiency, and value realization. You will collaborate with various EY teams and Microsoft to translate partner program objectives into actionable processes, insightful reporting, and measurable business outcomes.

This role focuses on optimizing EY's Microsoft partnership by managing benefits, incentives, compliance, and documentation. You will establish operating rhythms, maintain program trackers, and provide critical visibility to enhance decision-making and accountability. The successful candidate will be a key connector, ensuring consistent execution of partner program activities aligned with broader Microsoft alliance goals.

Leveraging automation and analytics, you will modernize partner program management, improving reporting quality and operational efficiency. By generating practical insights, you’ll support planning, governance, and business growth, ultimately maximizing the value of EY’s Microsoft partnership through disciplined execution and meticulous attention to detail.

Manage program benefits, incentives, eligibility, and co-sell priorities for the Microsoft Alliance. Maintain operating models, governance routines, and KPI trackers for Microsoft partner programs. Administer Microsoft Partner Center, including account settings, program enrollments, user access, incentives, and marketplace configurations. Develop structured execution plans and program trackers translating Microsoft alliance priorities. Monitor program performance across funding utilization, benefits realization, and incentive tracking. Prepare executive-ready dashboards and business updates for leadership reviews. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Operations, GTM, and Service Lines. Support governance forums, maintaining decision logs and action trackers. Identify and recommend mitigation steps for program dependencies and risks. Standardize processes across regions and adapt to local stakeholder needs and global requirements. Partner with analytics teams to develop Power BI dashboards and actionable insights. Utilize AI-enabled productivity tools to streamline reporting and enhance decision quality. Ensure program documentation and reporting align with EY policies and Microsoft requirements.

Mandatory: Demonstrable, hands-on Microsoft Partner Center administration experience in a complex partner organization. University graduate or postgraduate qualification in Business Administration, Finance, Technology, Engineering, Economics, Management, or a related field. 12+ years of experience in alliance operations, partner operations, PMO, program governance, commercial operations, reporting, business transformation, or ecosystem support. Prior experience supporting Microsoft, technology alliances, or professional services organizations is preferred. Evidence of Microsoft Partner Center proficiency through specific examples of account configuration, user access management, enrollment monitoring, issue resolution, and support for incentives, benefits, and marketplace activities. Experience coordinating cross-functional workstreams, maintaining governance routines, and preparing stakeholder-ready reporting outputs.
