EY is seeking a driven Lead Analyst to manage Microsoft Marketplace transaction operations, financial coordination, and reporting. This role is crucial for accelerating client transformation through cloud, data, and AI solutions. You'll ensure disciplined transaction coordination and operational governance within a key strategic alliance, driving scalable execution.

This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional adept at linking marketplace activities with operational execution and financial transparency. You will collaborate closely with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure accuracy and timeliness in all marketplace-related transactions and reporting.

Manage marketplace transaction operations and governance routines for the Microsoft Alliance. Maintain trackers for transactions, operational status, finance coordination, and action registers. Coordinate with solution owners, finance, commercial, sales, and operations teams to ensure visibility across transaction progress and approvals. Independently drive marketplace operations workstreams, ensuring clear ownership and timelines. Prepare concise summaries for leadership on transaction status, risks, and required decisions. Support marketplace finance coordination by tracking commercial information, funding, and documentation. Develop and maintain operational dashboards, trackers, and governance documentation. Analyze trends to identify risks, improvement opportunities, and recommend next steps. Support AI-enabled marketplace activities with a focus on responsible AI principles. Build efficiency and automation into transaction workflows and reporting processes.

A university degree is required, preferably in business, finance, commerce, analytics, technology, or engineering. 8+ years of experience in marketplace operations, transaction coordination, finance operations, alliance operations, sales operations, reporting, consulting, or strategic operations. Experience supporting global stakeholders and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with sales, pipeline, commercial, and finance processes, including opportunity lifecycles and operational controls. Comfort working across Microsoft solution areas like Copilot, Azure AI, Data & AI, and Cloud. Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential; Power BI and AI-enabled productivity tools are a plus. Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, analytical thinking, and project management skills are necessary. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both written and orally, creating concise and decision-oriented materials.
