Job description

Join EY and build a career that’s as unique as you are. As a GDS Microsoft Marketing Project/Program Lead Analyst, you will operate from the GDS Alliances Delivery Center, providing structured program operations support across Microsoft alliance marketing, relationship governance, and Go-To-Market (GTM) enablement. This role is crucial in translating stakeholder priorities into disciplined operating rhythms, high-quality governance materials, and timely execution support for assigned activities.

You will serve as a practical link between onshore expectations and GDS delivery support. Your responsibilities will include maintaining governance discipline, leadership cadence, documentation control, and ensuring execution continuity. You will support governance packs, meeting materials, status trackers, action logs, leadership updates, and reporting inputs, enabling predictable delivery and reducing coordination load for leadership teams.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily program operations for Microsoft alliance marketing and relationship governance, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Develop and maintain essential project documentation, including marketing event trackers, governance packs, operating cadence decks, status updates, and action logs.

Facilitate pre-, in-, and post-meeting governance activities, from agenda shaping and content collation to action tracking and follow-up management. Coordinate effectively with Program Operations, GTM Motion, Financial Reporting & Insights, Finance, Delivery, alliance stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.

Clarify stakeholder requirements, manage dependencies, validate inputs, and convert open items into completed deliverables. Apply sound judgment to prioritize work, resolve non-standard operational issues, identify reporting gaps, and escalate critical items for leadership input.

Maintain the integrity of trackers, dashboards, SharePoint, Teams documentation, and reporting routines. Support alliance readiness, pipeline activation, and revenue-related motions within agreed commercial and governance parameters.

Identify opportunities for standardization, simplification, and automation of repetitive operational tasks. Support compliance checkpoints, audit readiness, and process continuity by maintaining accurate records and version-controlled materials. Provide informal coaching and quality review to junior team members as needed.

Qualifications

We are seeking individuals with strong program coordination, PMO, alliance operations, business operations, or governance support experience in a global, matrixed delivery environment. A solid understanding of operating cadence management, project trackers, governance packs, meeting support, and status reporting is essential.

Familiarity with sales, GTM, and alliance support concepts, including pipeline visibility and opportunity reporting, is required. You must be adept at engaging with stakeholders at various levels, clarifying requirements, managing expectations, and ensuring follow-through on dependencies.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is a must, with a working knowledge of Power BI, SharePoint, Teams, and basic workflow or automation tools being advantageous. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are necessary for preparing clear and concise updates.

Strong organizational skills are needed to manage multiple workstreams and competing deadlines effectively. Sound problem-solving abilities, including root-cause analysis and issue triage, are expected. Comfort working virtually across geographies with cultural sensitivity and a service-focused mindset is crucial.

Experience with process documentation, continuous improvement, internal controls, audit preparation, or compliance support is preferred. A Graduate or Postgraduate University Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Operations, Finance, Project Management, or Technology, along with 8-10+ years of relevant experience, is required. Location and working hours will be aligned with US/Europe stakeholder coverage, with flexibility for global collaboration.
