Lead architecture direction for the global Microsoft Frontier Innovation portfolio, ensuring clear strategic intent and technical scope for each solution. Translate market priorities and client challenges into pragmatic solution strategies and scalable implementation approaches. Develop architecture blueprints, patterns, and reusable components to facilitate consistent solution builds. Partner with stakeholders to validate technical feasibility, scalability, security, and commercialization potential. Shape the strategy and architecture for solutions leveraging Microsoft technologies like Azure, Copilot, AI Business Solutions, and Cloud/AI Platforms, ensuring responsible AI adoption with consideration for business value, risk, and governance.

Strengthen solution design governance through reviews and technical assurance. Assess architecture readiness across key areas including scope, integration, data flow, security, and operational handover. Coordinate with alliance, technology, and delivery teams to maintain visibility on technical decisions and risks. Prepare concise, executive-ready summaries on architecture status, risks, and recommended actions for leadership.

Act as a senior connector across global alliance leadership, Microsoft field teams, regional stakeholders, and internal EY teams to ensure alignment. Support activation planning and track the readiness of key technical and solution assets. Identify opportunities to scale successful solutions across priority accounts and regions. Ensure architecture insights inform solution teams for stronger commercialization and governance.

We are seeking a senior professional with 15+ years of experience in solution architecture, technology consulting, or enterprise architecture, preferably with a focus on cloud, AI, data, automation, security, or digital transformation. You should possess a strong understanding of Microsoft solution areas, including Azure, Copilot, and AI Business Solutions, and demonstrate the ability to translate global business priorities into scalable Microsoft-powered solution architectures.

Essential skills include deep solution architecture discipline, technical design expertise, and architecture governance experience. The ability to influence without authority and build alignment across senior, matrixed teams is critical. Strong communication skills are required to simplify complex technical information for diverse audiences, alongside analytical capabilities for developing architecture artifacts and executive summaries.

To qualify, you must hold a graduate or postgraduate degree in technology, engineering, computer science, business, or a related discipline. Experience in designing and shaping complex cross-functional technology solutions across global stakeholder groups, along with a proven track record in architecture governance and risk identification, is essential. You should also be adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
