Lead the global strategy and execution for Microsoft capability development and delivery across all geographies. Drive EY’s market share growth in Cybersecurity through strategic partnerships, innovative solutions, and regional enablement.

Represent GDS within the Global Cybersecurity Committee for Microsoft, aligning innovation efforts and methodologies worldwide. Collaborate closely with high-growth EY Consulting services on Microsoft Sentinel, Defender, Entra ID, Zero Trust architecture, and Security Copilot-enabled SecOps transformations.

Transform service delivery models by leveraging key alliances with Microsoft, Qualys, and others. Activate tailored market strategies for regional nuances and client needs, ensuring GDS delivers maximum value in strategic deals.

A minimum of 20 years of experience in Cybersecurity, Risk, or Technology Consulting is essential, coupled with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Systems Management. An MBA or equivalent is preferred.

Demonstrated leadership in global delivery, strategic alliances, and sector-focused growth initiatives is crucial. At least 10 years of experience in a leadership capacity, managing cross-functional teams of 200+ members and overseeing large-scale projects within a global organization, is required.

Proven success in exceeding sales targets, with a track record of closing significant deals and fostering long-term client relationships at the 'C' level of Fortune 500 companies. The ability to thrive in a matrixed organization and secure commitment from peers is also key. Professional certifications such as CISSP, CCISO, CISM, PMP, or Prince2® are highly valued.
