- Oversee the co-investment governance model, operational cadence, and business review schedule for Microsoft-aligned initiatives. - Facilitate investment planning, prioritization, funding decisions, utilization tracking, and risk management. - Support programs and initiatives aligned with stakeholder agendas and Microsoft Alliance priorities. - Maintain investment visibility, track progress, and ensure alignment with senior team members and stakeholders. - Prepare insightful analysis, concise updates, and leadership-ready summaries for strategic decision-making. - Develop and manage comprehensive investment trackers, dashboards, status reports, and governance documentation. - Support the creation of business cases, detailing strategic rationale, expected outcomes, and performance measures. - Track portfolio performance across various dimensions including themes, solution areas, regions, and commercialization outcomes. - Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for go-to-market activation and adoption of investment-backed initiatives. - Assist in assessing AI investment opportunities, focusing on business value, adoption readiness, and responsible AI alignment. - Drive efficiencies and standardization across co-investment workflows and operational processes. - Maintain collaboration tools and repositories for seamless stakeholder coordination and audit-ready documentation. - Partner with onshore teams and Microsoft stakeholders on strategic projects and process improvements. - Identify and coordinate the resolution of risks, process gaps, and operational issues impacting investment delivery. - Collaborate with marketing teams for investment-backed campaigns and client-facing narratives.

- Possess a strong understanding of alliance operations, investment governance, funding coordination, portfolio tracking, and executive reporting. - Demonstrate commercial awareness, including knowledge of sales cycles, pipeline reporting, business case development, and outcome measurement. - Exhibit technology aptitude, with comfort working across Microsoft solution areas like Copilot, Azure AI, Data & AI, and automation. - Have a practical understanding of AI-enabled transformation and the ability to support assessments of AI investment opportunities. - Show exposure to continuous process improvement, workflow standardization, and automation. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI, dashboarding, and workflow tools are advantageous. - Possess strong stakeholder management skills to build trusted relationships in a global, matrixed environment. - Exhibit strong problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities. - Demonstrate good project management skills, including prioritization, tracking, and managing multiple workstreams. - Excellent written and oral communication skills for creating leadership updates and decision-oriented materials. - Experience with alliance or partner programs in professional services, consulting, or technology organizations is preferred. - A university degree is required; a technology, business, finance, or marketing background is preferred. - An MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is advantageous. - 8+ years of relevant experience in alliance operations, co-investments, Microsoft funding programs, strategic operations, portfolio management, consulting, or commercial operations. - Experience supporting senior stakeholders and global cross-functional teams across alliance, sales, marketing, finance, and technology functions. - Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with evolving business requirements and competing priorities. - Mandatory requirement to support US ET or CT working hours.
