This role is instrumental in strengthening EY's strategic alliance with Microsoft. You will be part of the Co-Innovation team, merging EY's industry expertise with Microsoft's technological capabilities to create market-relevant solutions. These solutions aim to accelerate client transformation, ensure marketplace readiness, and drive growth in global priority markets. Your work will directly support the global Co-Innovation portfolio, ensuring solutions are certified, published, and strategically positioned for scalable activation.

Shape the global marketplace certification strategy and operating rhythm, leading the structured intake, certification, and publication lifecycle for the Co-Innovation portfolio. Drive execution discipline by helping stakeholders track actions, owners, and timelines. Identify opportunities to leverage AI-enabled workflows and automation to accelerate various stages of the certification process. Provide strategic guidance on certification readiness for Microsoft-powered solutions across Azure, Copilot, AI, and other emerging technologies.

Strengthen certification compliance by leading marketplace certification reviews and assessing readiness across offer positioning, technical documentation, and security considerations. Influence global stakeholder alignment by serving as a senior connector across alliance leadership, Microsoft stakeholders, regional teams, and various EY service lines. Develop and maintain comprehensive certification trackers, publication readiness summaries, and executive views to ensure clear visibility into global co-innovation certification health.

A minimum of 15 years of relevant professional experience is required, encompassing marketplace strategy, certification governance, program leadership, alliance operations, technology commercialization, product operations, consulting, or strategic operations. You should have experience leading complex cross-functional marketplace or certification initiatives with regional or global stakeholders. Proficiency in governance models, submission tracking, evidence management, certification processes, and performance management is essential.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are crucial, including the ability to prepare executive-ready materials and structured status updates. You must be adept at managing multiple priorities, proactively identifying certification risks, and driving structured follow-through in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with technology-enabled transformation, cloud, AI, automation, data, or digital solution portfolios is also required. Ideally, you will possess exposure to the Microsoft ecosystem and experience in alliance management or co-innovation programs.
