Lead strategic sourcing for hotels, venues, DMCs, and event suppliers globally. Analyze event needs to develop tailored sourcing strategies and conduct market research for benchmark analysis. Negotiate complex contracts, ensuring compliance with EY policies, and drive cost optimization initiatives.

Serve as the subject matter expert on hospitality operations and contracting terminology. Advise stakeholders on operational considerations impacting event success and maintain awareness of industry trends. Manage supplier performance, build strong industry relationships, and support continuous process improvement within the Meetings & Events function.

A Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, procurement, or a related field is preferred, coupled with 3-5 years of experience in hotel sales, venue sourcing, hospitality procurement, or strategic sourcing. Essential skills include strong expertise in supplier sourcing, contract negotiation, and stakeholder management.

Demonstrated experience negotiating hotel contracts and managing large-scale venue sourcing projects is crucial. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of hospitality industry terminology and procurement practices within multinational environments. You should be adept at driving cost optimization, managing budgets, and making data-driven decisions while maintaining strong supplier relationships.
