Develop and maintain robust Power BI dashboards and reports, generating periodic market and financial reports while proactively addressing and resolving reporting issues.

Handle complex ad hoc report requests from stakeholders efficiently. Participate actively in revenue and financial planning processes, ensuring thorough review mechanisms are in place for respective teams.

Enhance existing reports and create new ones, focusing on automation to streamline report preparation. Mentor and train junior analysts, guiding them through complex tasks and new recruit onboarding.

Demonstrate strong expertise in Power BI dashboard and report development, coupled with advanced proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and Data Modeling. Experience in creating interactive dashboards, scorecards, and KPI reports is essential.

Possess strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis, and be experienced in working with large datasets from various sources like SQL Server, Azure, Excel, and SharePoint. A solid understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts is required.

Familiarity with Power BI Service features, workspace management, gateways, and row-level security (RLS) is expected. Experience in performance tuning and report optimization is also a key attribute. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with the skill to translate business requirements into effective reporting solutions, are crucial. Excellent communication and presentation skills are necessary for engaging with stakeholders and leadership teams.
