As a Senior Associate in Commercial Contracting, your key responsibilities will encompass the comprehensive lifecycle of various agreements. This includes drafting, meticulously reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing vendor agreements, service agreements, framework agreements, proposals, sponsorship contracts, and other critical documentation. You will provide essential risk management advice and handle ad-hoc projects related to these contracts.

Furthermore, you will act as a primary point of contact for EY's business and procurement teams, offering vital support to the legal department. A solid grasp of general business risks is expected, with comprehensive training provided on EY's specific risk management framework. Your role will also involve assisting with training new and junior team members, and coordinating effectively with internal specialist functions such as Independence, onshore legal teams, Security, Privacy, and Risk Management. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of EY's policies, organizational structure, and procedural changes will be crucial for success.

We are seeking a Law Graduate or LL.B holder with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in contract review, drafting, and negotiation. Essential knowledge includes data protection regulations (GDPR/CCPA), privacy and security terms, and an understanding of compliance concepts like Independence and Conflicts.
