Join EY's fast-growing GDS-GCO Enablement team in India as an Assistant Manager specializing in Commercial Contracting. Key responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing client and procurement contracts for EY and its global network. This encompasses IT contracts for various EY divisions and technologies, software licenses, hosted services agreements, IT services agreements, and client contracts like Engagement Agreements and Teaming Agreements.

You will develop and negotiate contractual clauses for artificial intelligence (AI), ensuring organizational interests and legal compliance, and advise business teams on responsible AI use. You'll serve as a liaison for business/procurement teams, support the legal team, and collaborate with internal specialist functions such as Independence, Security, Privacy, and Risk Management. Guiding junior team members and staying updated on EY policies are also integral to this role.

We are seeking a Law Graduate (LL.B) with 5-8 years of post-qualification experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating technology or other complex contracts, with a solid understanding of legal and risk management. Experience with US and UK laws is advantageous.

Ideal candidates possess experience with IT contracts, including S.I. programs, agile approaches, IT advisory, and program management. Prior risk management experience in a professional services firm, along with expertise in senior management and stakeholder management, is highly valued. Familiarity with data protection laws (GDPR/CCPA), privacy, security terms, and collaboration in multi-vendor IT environments is expected. Confidence in presenting subject matter content to peers and seniors for training purposes is also key.
