EY is seeking a dynamic GDS FS ASEAN Lead to spearhead growth within the Financial Services sector across the ASEAN region. As the GDS ASEAN FS Region Lead, your primary responsibility will be to drive significant growth in the ASEAN Financial Services portfolio. This includes increasing client interactions, leading pursuits for large deals, and collaborating with the region to architect, price, and close opportunities.

You will manage and expand the ASEAN GDS FS deal pipeline, execute targeted campaigns across the region and key accounts, and contribute to account strategy and planning meetings. Developing and implementing an annual growth plan will be crucial for success. Key performance indicators include GDS integration percentage, Total Contract Value (TCV), deal pipeline growth, and deal win rates.

Candidates for the GDS FS ASEAN Lead role require over 20 years of overall experience, with a minimum of 10 years in delivery leadership. A strong background in interfacing with client leadership on large transformational and 'Run the Bank' initiatives within the Financial Services domain is essential.

Proven ability to engage with CXOs, curate opportunities, lead large pursuits including proposals and RFP responses, and take end-to-end ownership of deal-making is critical. Experience with agile, globally distributed team models and strong communication skills to articulate complex concepts to both business and technology audiences are required.

This role demands expertise in architecting and leading the delivery of business solutions, preferably in Financial Services, for over 10 years. Experience in pricing large, multi-geography deals, including innovative options, and the ability to analyze and present technology options based on experience and industry best practices are also necessary. Up to 2-3 Directors and 4-5 Senior Managers/Assistant Directors will report into this role, with anticipated growth in team size.
