EY seeks an accomplished Executive Director to lead enterprise-wide finance transformation initiatives. This pivotal role involves driving growth, strategy, and delivery for complex programs integrating finance operating models, Global Business Services (GBS), financial planning and analysis (FP&A) modernization, digital finance, and FinTech enablement. You will be instrumental in identifying opportunities, building compelling business cases, designing future-state operating models, and ensuring sustainable performance improvements for global clients.

As a trusted C-suite advisor, you will cultivate high-performing teams and scale market-leading transformation offerings. This position is a key part of the Finance Consulting leadership team, overseeing end-to-end finance and business transformation across diverse client portfolios.

Lead comprehensive finance maturity assessments, identifying opportunities for cost savings, efficiency gains, enhanced controls, and value creation. Develop multi-year transformation visions and detailed roadmaps, including designing target operating models. Own complex financial business cases and present strategic recommendations to executive leadership.

Direct large-scale, multi-workstream programs covering finance operating models, GBS/SSC setup, core process transformation, FP&A modernization, and digital automation. Establish robust governance, program controls, and benefit tracking. Manage diverse stakeholder landscapes to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with measurable value realization.

Define digital finance strategies, integrating ERP, EPM, automation, and FinTech solutions. Oversee implementations of leading platforms and leverage FinTech ecosystems for treasury digitization and embedded finance. Drive measurable digital ROI and adoption.

Act as a trusted advisor to CFOs and other C-suite executives on cost transformation, performance management, digital modernization, and risk enhancement. Lead executive workshops and support strategic decision-making.

Drive revenue growth for finance transformation and digital finance portfolios, originating and closing large programs. Lead proposal pursuits and develop market-leading offerings and thought leadership. Cultivate long-term client relationships and foster cross-service collaboration.

Lead solution heads, build and scale multidisciplinary teams, and drive capability development in consulting, digital, and industry expertise. Mentor leaders and foster a culture of innovation and delivery excellence.

A distinguished professional with 18–25+ years of experience in finance transformation consulting or senior finance leadership. Demonstrable success in leading large-scale enterprise transformation portfolios is essential.

Possess deep expertise in finance operating models, shared services, FP&A/EPM modernization, core finance process transformation, and digital finance/automation. A strong track record in business case creation and value realization, coupled with extensive C-suite advisory experience, is required.

Preferred education includes an MBA or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or Technology, along with relevant certifications such as CA, CPA, ACCA, CFA, CMA, or PMP.
