You will play a key part in establishing new alliances and ecosystem relationships across the globe, working closely with various EY leadership and stakeholder groups to ensure seamless governance and approvals.

This position focuses on providing comprehensive program management and operational support to the global Ecosystem Relationship Enablement (ERE) formation function. The goal is to co-develop and operationalize a scalable support model, streamline workflows, and enhance the experience for business teams establishing new partnerships.

Provide end-to-end program management for ecosystem formation, coordinating with onshore and GDS teams. Guide EY business teams through the required process steps, documentation, and approvals. Conduct first-level reviews of intake forms and business cases for accuracy and completeness, working with requestors to resolve gaps.

Develop practical guidance, checklists, and FAQs based on recurring issues. Perform research using internal and external systems to support due diligence. Respond promptly to stakeholder queries, providing clear guidance on process status and requirements. Schedule and document stakeholder meetings, capturing action items and following up on completion.

Draft high-quality communications and consolidate documentation for meetings and reviews. Maintain accurate records in the Ecosystem Relationship Management System (ERMS) and prepare periodic status reports. Manage an organized documentation repository and drive adherence to quality-control procedures, including Risk Management activities and approvals.

Complete post-formation activities such as drafting relationship summaries and coordinating kickoff calls. Ensure continuous review and updates to the formation process and supporting documentation. Identify opportunities to educate global stakeholders and promote consistent process adherence. Champion continuous improvement by recommending practical solutions and driving simplification and automation across the lifecycle, potentially leveraging AI and other digital capabilities.

We seek candidates with strong organizational, program, and project management capabilities, adept at managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are essential, with the ability to distill complex issues and articulate risks clearly.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders across diverse geographies, time zones, and virtual teams is crucial. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Science, Commerce, or a related discipline is required. While not mandatory, a Master of Business Administration or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.

This role requires a minimum of 9 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in an individual-contributor capacity with significant interaction with senior onshore stakeholders. Experience in a robust program management environment, with exposure to alliance or ecosystem relationship formation, governance, or operations, is highly advantageous.

Key technical proficiencies include Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Practical knowledge of risk management, independence, compliance, and governance mandates within a professional services firm is beneficial. A strong research and due-diligence capability, coupled with rigorous attention to detail, is expected. The ability to independently identify and resolve issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable mitigation measures is vital.
