You will design layered defence strategies across governance, data, model, agent, application, identity, runtime, and infrastructure layers.

This is an opportunity to define AI security strategy, reference architectures, and delivery methodologies to manage emerging risks like prompt injection, data leakage, and model poisoning. You will serve as a trusted advisor, translating complex AI risks into actionable security programs and market-relevant offerings. The role also involves contributing to go-to-market strategies and growing EY's AI Security practice.

Drive EY's frontier AI security and layered defence strategy for clients and internal environments. Build and scale AI security offerings, delivery methods, and accelerators. Lead go-to-market efforts, sales pursuits, and solution shaping for AI security engagements. Foster a strong AI Security capability and community of practice through talent development and innovation.

Architect secure AI systems for LLM applications, RAG pipelines, AI agents, and multi-agent systems. Define defence-in-depth patterns across all AI security domains. Integrate security into AI engineering lifecycles, from design to continuous monitoring. Advise clients on the secure adoption of advanced AI capabilities, including high-risk use cases.

Lead AI threat modeling and risk assessments for frontier AI use cases. Establish AI red teaming and adversarial testing approaches to identify vulnerabilities. Define and implement guardrails, policy enforcement, and runtime response mechanisms. Align AI security controls with industry frameworks and regulatory expectations for AI governance, privacy, and cybersecurity.

Advise CxOs and technology leaders on AI security strategy and operating models. Translate complex AI security risks into practical roadmaps and measurable outcomes. Build trusted client relationships and drive collaboration. Mentor high-performing teams, fostering innovation and continuous learning.
