As a Manager in Agentic AI SOC Transformation, you will lead enterprise clients in modernizing their Security Operations Centers (SOCs) by integrating intelligent, AI-driven, agent-enabled capabilities. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of cybersecurity operations through innovative AI applications.

You will spearhead the evolution of traditional SOCs into advanced, AI-powered hubs, focusing on the strategic application of agentic AI across SIEM, SOAR, and XDR platforms. Your leadership will guide end-to-end transformation programs, from initial assessment and architecture design to implementation and ongoing optimization. Effectively managing client relationships and internal delivery teams will be key to success.

Lead comprehensive SOC transformation initiatives centered on the adoption of Agentic AI. Define optimal operating models for AI-enhanced SOCs, encompassing people, processes, and technology. Conduct thorough maturity assessments and develop strategic roadmaps for transformation.

Architect cutting-edge, AI-driven SOC solutions that seamlessly integrate SIEM, SOAR, XDR, and advanced AI platforms. Design and oversee the deployment of AI agents for critical SOC functions, including alert prioritization, investigation enrichment, incident summarization, and automated response orchestration. Ensure the effective integration of LLMs, RAG pipelines, and contextual data into established SOC workflows.

Drive the implementation of impactful AI use cases to significantly boost SOC efficiency and detection capabilities. Champion the adoption of agentic workflows and multi-agent orchestration patterns. Establish robust best practices for prompt engineering, context management, and AI governance, while ensuring a balanced approach between AI automation and human analyst decision-making.

Lead cross-functional teams comprising SOC engineers, detection engineers, and AI specialists. Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship on AI-integrated SOC workflows. Ensure the delivery of high-quality project outcomes, adhering to timelines and documentation standards. Contribute to internal capability building and knowledge development in the field of Agentic AI security.

A minimum of 8 to 12 years of experience in Cybersecurity, SOC Engineering, or Detection & Response, with proven leadership capabilities, is essential. Demonstrable expertise in SIEM, SOAR, and XDR platforms such as Microsoft Sentinel/Defender, CrowdStrike, or Splunk is required.

Candidates must possess a strong track record in SOC transformations, platform implementations, or large-scale security deployments. A hands-on or applied understanding of AI/LLM use cases within the cybersecurity domain is crucial. Experience in integrating automation, APIs, and orchestration workflows within SOC environments is expected.

Furthermore, a solid grasp of threat detection methodologies, incident response procedures, and the MITRE ATT&CK framework is necessary. The ability to effectively manage client stakeholders and engage in strategic discussions to drive security outcomes is a key requirement for this role.
