Lead the engineering of advanced data protection solutions, including discovery, classification, PKI/KMS integration, and rights management within AI-enabled enterprises. Develop and industrialize automation for deployment, policy management, and operational workflows using scripting and APIs. Design and deploy hybrid and agentic patterns that integrate data protection platforms, AI tools, and enterprise systems securely. Own technical workstreams, including design, quality, integration, and troubleshooting. Create reusable accelerators like prompts, code libraries, and templates to enhance delivery efficiency. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to internal engineering standards. Collaborate with data protection, AI, privacy, and cloud teams to ensure operational soundness and compliance.

Requires 5-8 years of experience in data protection, cybersecurity, privacy, or cloud security engineering. Possess strong hands-on expertise in data protection, discovery/classification, PKI & KMS, and information rights management. Demonstrate working knowledge of ML, deep learning, NLP, RAG, AI-assisted prioritization, and model risk scoring, with practical application in production contexts. Experience with major data protection ecosystems like Microsoft Purview, Cyera, or Wiz DSPM is essential. Proficiency in Python scripting, APIs, cloud services, and engineering toolchains is required. The ability to independently lead technical workstreams in client-facing, ambiguous environments is crucial.
