Key contributions include designing and implementing robust network and infrastructure security strategies across enterprise, cloud, and OT environments. You will champion the adoption of Zero Trust principles, IEC 62443-aligned OT security controls, and advanced segmentation architectures. Your expertise will be crucial in the deployment and governance of various security solutions like NGFW, NAC, VPN, ZTNA, SASE, DNS security, CASB, and CSPM.

Drive incident response and continuous improvement initiatives to bolster cyber resilience. Possess in-depth knowledge of secure remote access, DMZ architecture, PLC security, and cloud network protection. You will leverage AI-assisted IT/OT security architectures for predictive threat monitoring and automated responses in industrial settings. This includes utilizing AI-driven anomaly detection models for OT network traffic, process behaviors, and industrial protocols such as Modbus, DNP3, and OPC.

Develop AI-based rule optimization frameworks to enhance traffic filtering, segmentation policies, and alert accuracy. Optimize OT network traffic using AI for intelligent routing and congestion minimization. Implement AI-powered device behavior profiling to detect anomalous activities in PLCs, HMIs, and IIoT assets. Apply AI in PLC code analysis to identify logic anomalies and vulnerabilities. Utilize AI/ML for advanced network threat detection, including intrusion detection and lateral movement analysis in IT/OT environments.

Design and refine prompt engineering strategies for leveraging GenAI tools in security use cases like incident investigation and log analysis. Enable AI-driven continuous monitoring and predictive risk analytics to enhance IT/OT resilience. Build reusable methods, accelerators, and reference architectures to elevate the firm’s AI Network & Infrastructure Security offerings. Manage client expectations, delivery scope, and technical escalations while fostering long-term client capabilities through knowledge transfer.

We are looking for candidates with 4-8 years of comprehensive experience in AI-driven Network & Infrastructure security, security architecture, OT security, or Zero Trust Security domains. Essential qualifications include practical experience with OT security tools such as Nozomi, Claroty, Armis, Dragos, and Cisco Cyber Vision, alongside OT vulnerability management.

Demonstrated expertise in XDR, Zero Trust, and regulatory frameworks like IEC 62443 and CIS is required. Hands-on proficiency with NGFWs (Palo Alto, Cisco, Fortinet, Azure Firewall) and VMware virtualization security is crucial. Skilled application of SSE/SASE platforms (Netskope, Zscaler, Akamai) and secure access technologies like VPN, ZTNA, and DNS security is expected. A strong capability in multi-vendor security integration across IT, OT, and cloud environments is vital, as is the ability to effectively communicate with clients and serve as a trusted technical advisor to senior stakeholders.
