Job description

Elevate your career at EY, a global leader fostering innovation and collaboration. This opportunity is for a Manager specializing in AI-driven IT/OT Network and Infrastructure Security. You will be instrumental in leading client-facing security transformations, blending enterprise platforms, robust cybersecurity controls, and cutting-edge AI tools. This hands-on role demands expertise from discovery through deployment, enabling you to architect and implement high-impact solutions while mentoring engineering teams and contributing to deal shaping. Positioned beyond traditional delivery, this role focuses on architecting solutions at the nexus of platforms and AI technologies, including agents and models, within our Cyber Frontier & AI capability.

This capability is dedicated to creating scalable, AI-first cyber defense strategies for both enterprise and industrial environments. Join us to build an exceptional career and contribute to a better working world.

Responsibilities

Lead the strategic design and implementation of network and infrastructure security across enterprise, cloud, and OT environments. Drive the adoption of Zero Trust principles, IEC 62443-aligned OT security controls, and advanced segmentation architectures. Oversee the deployment and governance of essential security solutions including NGFW, NAC, VPN, ZTNA, SASE, DNS security, CASB, and CSPM. Spearhead incident response and continuous improvement initiatives to bolster cyber resilience in hybrid infrastructures.

Provide expert strategic guidance on secure remote access, DMZ architecture, PLC security, and cloud network protection. Design and implement AI-assisted IT/OT security architectures and operations, enabling predictive threat monitoring and automated responses in industrial settings. Develop and deploy AI-driven anomaly detection models for OT network traffic, process behaviors, and industrial protocols like Modbus, DNP3, and OPC.

Construct AI-based rule optimization frameworks for IT/OT security controls to enhance traffic filtering, segmentation policies, and alert accuracy. Leverage AI for OT network traffic optimization, facilitating intelligent routing, congestion reduction, and adaptive policy enforcement. Implement AI-powered device behavior profiling for PLCs, HMIs, and IoT/IIoT assets to detect unauthorized activities. Apply AI in PLC code analysis to identify logic anomalies, misconfigurations, and potential vulnerabilities.

Utilize AI/ML for advanced network threat detection, encompassing intrusion detection, lateral movement analysis, and zero-day attack identification in IT/OT environments. Design and optimize prompt engineering strategies for GenAI tools to support IT/OT security use cases like incident investigation, log analysis, and threat intelligence enrichment. Enable AI-driven continuous monitoring and predictive risk analytics to enhance IT/OT resilience and minimize operational downtime.

Develop reusable methods, accelerators, reference architectures, and runbooks that enhance the firm’s AI Network & Infrastructure Security offerings and promote repeatability across various sectors and accounts. Manage client expectations, delivery scope, solution quality, risks, and technical escalations, while coaching teams and fostering long-term client capability through comprehensive documentation and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

Possess 8 to 12 years of experience in AI-driven Network & Infrastructure security, security architecture, OT security, Zero Trust Security, or related domains. Demonstrate experience with OT security tools such as Nozomi, Claroty, Armis, Dragos, and Cisco Cyber Vision, alongside OT vulnerability management. Exhibit expertise in XDR, Zero Trust, and regulatory frameworks including IEC 62443 and CIS. Maintain hands-on proficiency with NGFWs from Palo Alto, Cisco, Fortinet, and Azure Firewall, as well as VMware virtualization security.

Proficiency in SSE/SASE platforms like Netskope, Zscaler, and Akamai, coupled with expertise in secure access technologies such as VPN, ZTNA, and DNS security is essential. Showcase strong capability in multi-vendor security integration across IT, OT, and cloud environments. Possess excellent client-facing communication skills and the ability to serve as a trusted technical advisor to senior stakeholders.

Ideal candidates will also possess strong soft skills, including effective verbal and written communication, and technical document writing. Excellent project management, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are highly valued. Prior experience in Advisory or Technology Consulting is advantageous, as are customer orientation skills. Industry-related certifications like CISSP, CISA, CISM, SABSA, PRINCE2, or TOGAF, along with vendor-specific certifications (e.g., Zscaler, Nozomi, Netskope, Palo Alto Networks, Cisco), are beneficial.
