Serve as a Manager-level operations partner for Cyber Alliances, ensuring disciplined execution across governance, stakeholder management, and delivery.

Transform Cyber Alliance data into actionable business insights by analyzing revenue, sales, pipeline, and partner program metrics to identify trends and opportunities.

Develop and enhance leadership-ready dashboards and reports that provide clear interpretations and recommended actions.

Strengthen pipeline and opportunity management by improving data quality, pursuit tracking, and performance analysis.

Lead operational enablement for partner programs, managing tools, access, certification, and stakeholder support.

Drive continuous process improvement by simplifying workflows, standardizing practices, and identifying automation opportunities.

Maintain high-quality operational knowledge assets, including process guides and documentation.

Enable impactful Cyber Alliance leadership forums through strategic agendas and insightful content.

Support strategic engagements between EY Cyber leadership and alliance partners by coordinating logistics and key topics.

Collaborate with various teams, including Legal, Finance, and Enablement, to support investment requests and process adherence.

Partner with onshore teams to advance strategic projects and reporting modernization.

Manage global agreement localization and partner program obligations.

Effectively manage stakeholder expectations through responsiveness, clarity, and consistent, high-quality service.

Possess a strong understanding of alliance operations, cyber services, partner ecosystems, and sales enablement.

Demonstrate high comfort with data-led business operations, translating operational and financial data into clear insights.

Exhibit the ability to create compelling executive narratives, insight packs, and business reviews.

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is essential. Experience with Power BI, SQL, workflow automation, and AI-enabled productivity tools is highly advantageous.

Possess a strong continuous improvement orientation with experience in process simplification and operating model design.

Have working knowledge of Agentic AI concepts and responsible AI usage in enterprise operations.

Exhibit strong stakeholder management and influencing skills to engage confidently with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

Proven ability to operate effectively in a global, virtual environment with cultural sensitivity.

Strong problem-solving, issue management, and root cause analysis skills are crucial.

Excellent English communication and business writing skills are required, with the ability to produce polished, structured content.

Prior experience in alliance/partner programs, cyber services, or sales operations will be highly valued.
