Join EY and build a career that is as unique as you are. As a GDS Cyber Alliances Operations Lead Analyst, you will be instrumental in enhancing EY’s Cyber Alliance ecosystem. This role focuses on driving impactful operations, generating executive-ready reports, facilitating partner enablement, and ensuring robust governance and stakeholder engagement.

You will contribute to the development and continuous refinement of a scalable Cyber Alliances operations model. This will enhance visibility, strengthen execution, improve partner program adoption, and ensure the seamless delivery of global Cyber Alliance objectives.

Key responsibilities include delivering timely and insightful operational, financial, sales, pipeline, and program intelligence to Cyber Alliance stakeholders through structured dashboards and reporting. This involves managing the Cyber Alliance book of business, supporting opportunity management, and tracking strategic GTM wins and key initiatives.

You will also curate and maintain essential Cyber Alliance reference materials and enablement assets. Collaborating with Brand, Marketing, Communications, and Cyber Alliance teams, you will shape engaging content and stakeholder communications. Furthermore, you will enable high-quality internal EY Cyber Ecosystem and Alliance leadership meetings and support strategic engagements between EY leadership and Cyber Alliance partners.

Drive operational initiatives across partner processes, tools, and governance routines, including administering and improving partner tools and repositories. Coordinate with investment teams, legal, finance, and compliance for Market Development Funds and program governance. Collaborate with onshore contacts on strategic projects, operational transformation, and process improvements, including exploring Agentic AI-enabled productivity use cases.

Support the operational follow-through of global agreements and partner program requirements. Coordinate customized enablement and learning interventions to build Cyber Alliance awareness and capability. Manage onshore stakeholder expectations and ensure reliable, responsive operations support. Proactively identify opportunities to simplify workflows, automate activities, and leverage AI responsibly to enhance quality, speed, and stakeholder experience across Cyber Alliance operations.

We are seeking candidates with a strong foundation in sales, pipeline, and alliance operations, including a practical understanding of opportunity lifecycles, pipeline hygiene, GTM reporting, and Cyber Alliance performance metrics. A keen interest in cyber services, ecosystem partnerships, partner program models, and technology-led growth is essential.

A mindset geared towards continuous improvement, automation, AI-enabled productivity, process mapping, documentation, and control-oriented execution is crucial. Familiarity with Agentic AI concepts and their practical application in operational contexts is highly desirable. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is required, with Power BI, dashboarding, data visualization, and automation skills being significant advantages.

This role demands the ability to confidently engage with senior onshore stakeholders, Cyber practice leaders, and alliance partners, building trusted relationships. You must be adept at operating effectively in virtual, cross-border environments with cultural sensitivity and a global perspective. Strong problem-solving, root cause analysis, and research skills are necessary to navigate ambiguity and drive solutions.

A solid discipline in project and program management, including planning, execution tracking, and prioritization, is expected. Excellent English communication and business writing skills are vital for creating polished, audience-ready content. Experience in alliance or partner programs, cyber services, technology ecosystems, sales enablement, or professional services operations will be highly valued. Knowledge of EY, GDS, Alliances, Cyber, and professional services operations would be advantageous.
