EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to lead the design and implementation of AI-driven solutions within Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Cybersecurity. This pivotal role will focus on applying AI capabilities to address complex IAM challenges, including identity governance, access management, and the security of non-human identities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform client problems into practical, scalable AI solutions and prototypes, enhancing risk visibility, access decisioning, and operational efficiency.

Design, develop, and operationalize AI solutions for IAM and Cybersecurity use cases, covering areas like SSO, MFA, IGA, PAM, and Non-Human Identity (NHI).

Build advanced AI/ML capabilities using Python, PowerShell, LLM/SLM APIs, RAG, and AI orchestration engines.

Develop agentic AI workflows, copilots, and automation frameworks for tasks such as access requests, provisioning, and identity operations.

Integrate AI solutions with key platforms including SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Azure, AWS, and various SIEM/SOAR tools.

Analyze identity, access, and security logs to identify risk patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization.

Support AI-driven IAM governance, including risk-based authentication, compliance checks, and identity lifecycle management.

Apply ML techniques such as classification, optimization, NLP, and anomaly detection for identity and access intelligence.

Address Non-Human Identity security challenges and contribute to PAM analytics and automation.

Create insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau to communicate access risks and compliance posture.

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate problem statements into tangible solutions and recommendations.

Possess 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI engineering, software development, data science, automation, cybersecurity analytics, or IAM technology delivery.

Demonstrate practical experience in building AI applications using LLM/SLM APIs, RAG, embeddings, prompt engineering, and agentic AI workflows.

Show strong programming and automation skills in Python, PowerShell, APIs, SQL, and Microsoft Graph API; HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge is a plus.

Have hands-on exposure to Azure AI, OpenAI, AWS, Python-based AI/ML frameworks, and various ML models (classification, optimization, NLP, etc.).

Possess working knowledge of IAM concepts such as SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, authentication, authorization, and federation.

Exhibit working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and related directory services.

Have experience or strong exposure to IGA platforms like SailPoint or Saviynt and related concepts.

Bring experience or strong exposure to PAM concepts and tools, including CyberArk and its components.

Understand Non-Human Identity security and AI identity security principles.

Experience with security monitoring platforms like SIEM, SOAR, Splunk, or Microsoft Sentinel is required.

A strong consulting mindset with excellent communication skills for explaining complex topics to both technical teams and leadership is essential.
