EY GDS Cybersecurity seeks an experienced IAM AI Manager to lead clients in modernizing their Identity and Access Management (IAM) landscape through AI-driven transformation. This pivotal role involves identifying opportunities to enhance IAM operations, governance, access risk management, privileged access, and non-human identity controls using AI across enterprise environments.

Collaborate closely with clients and delivery teams to convert complex IAM challenges into practical, scalable, and reusable AI-enabled solutions. The position demands a strong foundation in IAM principles, consulting leadership, and the ability to craft solution approaches that optimize identity lifecycle management, access governance, authentication, privileged access, compliance, and emerging areas like agent, workload, and service identities.

The ideal candidate will possess a robust combination of IAM expertise, AI acumen, solution design proficiency, and exceptional stakeholder communication skills. This individual will be instrumental in guiding discovery phases, defining the IAM-AI vision, supporting Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), and enabling clients to adopt intelligent, risk-aware, and secure identity operations while maintaining a focus on control, auditability, and business value.

Develop comprehensive technical architectures and designs for IAM-AI solutions spanning Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Access Management/Single Sign-On (AM/SSO), Privileged Access Management (PAM), directory services, Non-Human Identities (NHI), and security operations use cases.

Translate client-specific IAM challenges into scalable AI-enabled workflows, PoCs, MVPs, and actionable implementation roadmaps. Guide the secure integration of identity data, AI models, automation scripts, APIs, and cloud services to enhance IAM operations and improve risk visibility.

Provide hands-on technical direction utilizing Python, PowerShell, APIs, and established automation patterns to validate and accelerate solution delivery. Design AI-led IAM use cases leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), agents, copilots, orchestration frameworks, and responsible AI guardrails.

Apply AI/ML techniques for sophisticated access risk analysis, anomaly detection, role mining, certification insights, and privileged access intelligence. Support secure NHI and agent identity governance, encompassing discovery, inventory, authentication, authorization, and robust guardrails.

Lead client workshops, discovery sessions, solution shaping, estimation, roadmap definition, and deliver executive-level IAM-AI narratives. Design AI-enabled governance capabilities across leading platforms like SailPoint and Saviynt, including access reviews, lifecycle management, provisioning, Segregation of Duties (SoD), and compliance reporting.

Shape PAM automation and analytics strategies utilizing tools such as CyberArk, focusing on privileged access patterns, session monitoring, password rotation, secrets management, and risk-based remediation. Develop client-ready insights and dashboards by integrating identity data, analytics, automation, and visualization tools.

A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), cybersecurity consulting, AI architecture, intelligent automation, or advanced analytics is essential.

A deep understanding of core IAM domains is required, including IGA, AM/SSO, PAM, Active Directory/Entra ID, NHI, lifecycle management, governance, provisioning, access reviews, and risk scoring methodologies.

Possess working knowledge of fundamental AI concepts such as LLMs, RAG, AI agents, copilots, orchestration, embeddings, and various cloud AI services. Demonstrate hands-on experience with Python, PowerShell, APIs, automation scripts, data pipelines, and cloud-native integration patterns.

Exhibit a strong grasp of IAM protocols and controls, including SAML, OAuth, OIDC, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Conditional Access, federation, authorization, and certificate/key management. Crucially, possess excellent consulting, communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and executive storytelling skills.
