As an O365 Developer, your responsibilities include producing high-quality solution deliverables, performing coding, debugging, and testing, and troubleshooting throughout the development lifecycle. You will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing systems by resolving complex errors, identifying risks, and escalating issues promptly. Your role will involve collaborating with users to gather detailed requirements and translating designs into precise specifications.

Furthermore, you will monitor emerging technologies for potential risks and opportunities, seeking continuous improvement. Ensuring adherence to all relevant processes, procedures, standards, and technical designs is critical. You will also develop and promote best practices for usage, operations, and development, contributing to the team's knowledge base and technical excellence. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

We are looking for candidates with 4-7 years of development experience in O365 implementations. A strong command of SharePoint SPFx, C#, ASP.Net with MVC, JavaScript, and various tools for client-side solutions within Office 365 is mandatory. Essential skills include robust knowledge of SharePoint Architecture Design (Extranet & Intranet), SharePoint Framework (SPFx), and Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate). Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React JS, AngularJS, Fluent UI, HTML5, CSS, Ajax, JSON, and jQuery is also required.

Core technical skills encompass SharePoint (SPFx, PnP Framework, PowerShell), .NET, React, Azure Functions, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents), Dataverse (Data modeling, APIs, integration), and Web API Integration (REST, SOAP, authentication). Experience with PCF Controls (React, TypeScript) is crucial. Desirable skills include Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Syntex, AI Builder, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Azure DevOps. Consulting experience is strongly preferred, alongside exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline is preferred.
