EY GDS Consulting is seeking an experienced O365 Developer with SPFx and .Net expertise to join our Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Collaboration Consulting team. Develop and implement high-quality O365 solutions using SharePoint SPFx, .Net, and related technologies. Perform coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting to deliver robust client-side solutions. Maintain and enhance existing systems, addressing complex errors and escalating issues proactively. Collaborate with users to gather detailed requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Monitor emerging technologies, identify risks and opportunities, and drive continuous improvement. Ensure all development adheres to established processes, procedures, and technical standards. Promote best practices for O365 usage and development.

A minimum of 4-7 years of development experience in O365 implementation is required. Proficiency in SharePoint SPFx, C#, ASP.Net with MVC, and JavaScript is essential. Strong knowledge of SharePoint Architecture Design (Extranet & Intranet) is crucial. Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), TypeScript, React JS, AngularJS, Fluent UI, HTML5, CSS, Ajax, JSON, and jQuery is highly valued. Core skills include SharePoint (SPFx, PnP Framework, PowerShell), .Net, React, Azure Functions, Power Platform, Dataverse, and Web API Integration (REST, SOAP). Experience with consulting is strongly preferred. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are necessary.
