We are seeking a seasoned O365 Developer with expertise in SPFx and .NET to join our Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Collaboration Consulting team. As a key member of our ECM team, you will play an instrumental role in developing, implementing, and enhancing Office 365 solutions. Your contributions will be vital in shaping innovative digital strategies and delivering high-quality outcomes for our diverse client base.

As an O365 Developer, you will produce high-quality solution deliverables, meticulously coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting throughout the development lifecycle. You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing systems, resolving complex issues, and escalating risks as needed. Collaboration with users to capture detailed requirements and translating designs into technical specifications will be crucial. You will also monitor emerging technologies, identify improvement areas, and ensure adherence to all relevant processes and standards.

Develop and promote best practices for the usage, operation, and development of O365 solutions. Your role will involve strong analytical thinking and a proactive approach to learning and adopting new technologies. You will actively contribute to brainstorming sessions and embrace iterative work, handling change with a mindset geared towards innovation and continuous improvement.

We are looking for candidates with 4-7 years of development experience in O365 implementations. A strong command of SharePoint SPFx, C#, ASP.NET with MVC, JavaScript, and related tools for client-side solutions within Office 365 is essential. Expertise in SharePoint Architecture Design (Extranet & Intranet), SharePoint Framework (SPFx), and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is required.

Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React JS, AngularJS, Fluent UI, Knockout JS, HTML5, CSS, Ajax, JSON, and jQuery is expected. Core skills include SharePoint (SPFx, PnP Framework, PowerShell), .NET, React, Azure Functions, Power Platform, Dataverse (Data modeling, APIs), and Web API Integration (REST, SOAP, OAuth). Experience with consulting is highly preferred, alongside strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to thrive under pressure.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline is preferred. Excellent communication, team player attributes, and the ability to work with globally distributed teams are vital. Prior experience with desirable skills like Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Syntex, AI Builder, M365 Copilot, and Azure DevOps would be an advantage.
