We are seeking experienced web content management professionals, particularly those skilled in Microsoft Office 365, to join our ECM Collaboration Consulting group. This position is ideal for individuals looking to leverage their O365 development and implementation skills within a supportive and collaborative setting.

As a Senior O365 Developer, you will be responsible for producing high-quality solution deliverables, including coding, debugging, and testing, throughout the development lifecycle. You will maintain and enhance existing systems, address complex errors, and escalate issues as needed. Collaborating with users to capture detailed requirements, you will translate designs and architectural specifications into functional solutions. Additionally, you will monitor emerging technologies for risks and opportunities, promote best practices, and ensure adherence to all relevant processes and standards.

Key duties include contributing to moderately complex project aspects, translating designs into specifications, and identifying areas for continuous improvement. You will also be tasked with developing and promoting best practices for usage, operations, and development. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential, along with a proactive approach to learning and adopting new technologies.

To excel in this role, you need 4-7 years of development experience in O365 implementation. A strong foundation in SharePoint SPFx, C#, ASP.Net with MVC, and JavaScript is mandatory for delivering client-side solutions within Office 365. You should possess solid knowledge of SharePoint Architecture Design (Extranet & Intranet) and extensive experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).

Proficiency in modern front-end technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, React JS, AngularJS, Fluent UI, Knockout JS, HTML5, CSS, Ajax, JSON, and jQuery is required. Core skills also include SharePoint (SPFx, PnP Framework, PowerShell), .NET, React, Azure Functions, Power Platform components (Power BI, Power Virtual Agents), Dataverse (data modeling, APIs), and Web API Integration (REST, SOAP, OAuth, OpenID Connect). Experience with PCF Controls using React and TypeScript is also key.

Desirable skills encompass Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Syntex, AI Builder, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Azure DevOps.
