This role is instrumental in delivering integrated, compliant, and scalable M365 solutions to clients globally. Develop high-quality solution and infrastructure deliverables within project timelines. Engage in coding, debugging, and testing, contributing to complex project aspects. Maintain and enhance systems, proactively identifying and escalating risks and issues. Collaborate with users to capture detailed requirements and translate designs into specifications. Monitor emerging technologies for risks and opportunities, driving continuous improvement and adhering to technical standards and best practices. Promote best practices for usage, operations, and development.

We seek professionals with 7-12 years of experience in enterprise solution architecture and development, possessing strong hands-on expertise in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Microsoft Teams app development, .NET/C#, and REST APIs. A proven track record in designing enterprise-grade M365 solutions, a deep understanding of modern workplace concepts, and excellent architectural thinking are essential. Experience designing integrated solutions across multiple systems and modern application architectures is required. Core skills include M365 & SharePoint development, application development with .NET and C#, Power Platform expertise, Dataverse knowledge, and robust integration architecture skills using REST and SOAP APIs. Familiarity with Azure DevOps for CI/CD is also crucial.
