Develop and deliver high-quality solution and infrastructure components, adhering to project timelines and specifications. Conduct coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting throughout the development lifecycle. Maintain and enhance existing systems by resolving complex issues and proactively escalating risks.

Collaborate with users to gather detailed requirements and translate architectural designs into technical specifications. Monitor emerging technologies for potential risks and opportunities, driving continuous improvement. Ensure all activities comply with relevant standards, procedures, and technical designs. Promote best practices for usage, operations, and development within the team.

We are seeking candidates with 7-12 years of experience in enterprise solution architecture and development. Essential hands-on expertise includes SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Microsoft Teams app development, .NET/C#, and REST APIs/integration patterns. A proven track record in designing enterprise-grade M365 solutions and a strong understanding of modern workplace concepts are crucial.

Candidates should possess excellent architectural thinking, experience designing integrated solutions across multiple systems, and a solid grasp of cloud-native application architectures. The ability to define standards, patterns, and best practices is also a key requirement. Core skills include Microsoft 365 & SharePoint (SPFx, PnP, PowerShell), Application Development (.NET, C#, React, Azure Functions), Power Platform (Power Apps, Automate, BI, Virtual Agents), Dataverse, and Integration Architecture (REST/SOAP, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect).
