Build and expand a dedicated OT Security capability within EY GDS Cybersecurity, targeting substantial revenue growth and delivery hours. Scale the OT headcount across global delivery locations and cultivate OT competencies within adjacent cybersecurity teams. Develop specialized OT solutions for critical sectors like Energy, Manufacturing, and Oil & Gas. Serve as the key OT security advisor for major accounts and complex projects, driving thought leadership and enhancing EY's global market position. Focus on delivery excellence, margin improvement, and achieving OT-specific safety and operational resilience KPIs.

Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, coupled with over 18 years of professional experience, including 10+ years in cybersecurity and at least 5 years in leadership roles focused on OT/industrial security. Demonstrate deep hands-on expertise in OT Security, ICS/SCADA environments, industrial protocols, and OT/IT convergence. Proven experience in leading OT security programs, risk assessments, secure architecture design, and incident response is essential. Strong familiarity with OT standards like IEC 62443 and NIST SP 800-82 is required, alongside significant consulting experience advising industrial clients. Experience leading senior teams and large-scale global OT engagements is critical.
