Join EY GDS Service Excellence and Enablement as a Supervising Associate. This role focuses on transforming processes through analysis, mapping, and re-imagining. You will take ownership of process artifacts, governance, and documentation quality throughout the deployment lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include documenting current and future state processes using standard templates and EY methodologies. You will develop and maintain L5 blueprints, user journeys, and swimlane diagrams, ensuring traceability. Performing structured analysis of process variants and edge cases is crucial.

You will also support the creation of methods documents and process playbooks. This role involves participating in design workshops, taking decision-oriented notes, and translating them into validated artifacts. Maintaining the Process & Enablement repository and documentation tracker ensures audit-ready governance.

Provide structured inputs for Change Impact Assessments and support the development of training materials. Consolidate insights from focus groups to enhance design and adoption readiness. Contribute to continuous improvement and broader transformation initiatives within Talent and Enablement Services.

We are seeking a candidate with 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, Finance operations, Talent processes, or process documentation. Hands-on experience supporting process transformation, technology enablement, or large-scale deployments is required. Prior exposure to global delivery, shared services, or consulting environments is preferred.

Core skills include strong attention to detail, logical structuring, and process thinking. Proficiency with Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and structured documentation templates is essential. You should be able to collaborate effectively with BA, Data, and Change & Integration stakeholders and possess strong written and visual communication skills suitable for senior stakeholder playback.

A foundational understanding of process re-engineering, metrics, and quality concepts is necessary. Experience with Lean/Six Sigma is an advantage. Comfort working in fast-paced transformation programs with evolving requirements is key.
