As the GDS Business Consulting ADM Sector Leader, you will be instrumental in:

- Defining and executing the ADM sector strategy, cultivating strong global relationships. - Leading key client accounts, ensuring exceptional quality and client satisfaction. - Identifying emerging industry trends, fostering innovation, and developing sector-specific solutions. - Mentoring senior leaders, shaping professional development, and promoting an agile culture. - Establishing robust governance frameworks and ensuring adherence to risk management protocols.

We are looking for candidates with:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; an MBA is highly preferred. - A minimum of 18 years of consulting experience within the ADM sectors, focusing on industry or sector roles. - Demonstrated leadership experience within a Big 4 or Tier-1 consulting environment. - A proven history of managing global delivery teams and complex, large-scale engagements. - Deep domain expertise in Aerospace, Defence, and Mobility, coupled with a strong understanding of digital transformation, supply chain, and sustainability. - Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills, alongside proficiency in global delivery models and multi-disciplinary teams.
