This role focuses on enhancing the Global Delivery Services (GDS) Alliances ecosystem by supporting Systems Integrator (SI) operations. You will be instrumental in co-developing and operationalizing the support delivery model for SI relationships, ensuring seamless service delivery for ongoing initiatives, governance, and special projects.

This position is dedicated to providing robust operational support for strategic Systems Integrator alliances and broader ecosystem programs. Key functions include overseeing planning, governance, reporting, and execution activities.

You will deliver effective dashboard reporting and critical business insights to SI alliance leadership. This includes tracking revenue, wins, pipeline, opportunities, investments, benefits utilization, and responding to ad-hoc data requests. Furthermore, you will actively support recurring alliance governance forums through pre-meeting preparation, meeting support, and post-meeting action tracking.

Responsibilities extend to coordinating SI alliance business reviews, leadership meetings, and workshops by managing logistics, developing content, and facilitating stakeholder follow-ups. You will also play a crucial role in annual planning, revenue planning, investment planning, and tracking benefits utilization across various stakeholder levels. Coordination with client-serving and global alliance teams for sales, pipeline hygiene, and opportunity tracking is also a key aspect of this role.

A strong understanding of alliance operations, ecosystem relationships, business operations, and executive reporting is essential. Prior exposure to sales and pipeline reporting, opportunity lifecycle concepts, revenue planning, and alliance performance reporting is expected.

Exceptional proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint is required, with Power BI skills being a significant advantage. The ability to independently create executive-ready dashboards, presentations, meeting materials, and leadership summaries is a must.

This role demands strong stakeholder management skills, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with senior onshore stakeholders and cultivate trusted business advisor relationships. An MBA, Business Administration, Commerce, or Finance degree, or equivalent operational management experience, is required, coupled with 8-10 years of relevant work experience in areas such as alliance operations, business operations, program management, reporting, sales operations, or strategic operations. Flexibility to support global stakeholders and varying business requirements across time zones is also necessary.
