This GDS Alliances Program Operations Analyst role is crucial for supporting program management and enablement within the GDS Program Operations CoE. You'll work closely with the Global Ecosystem Enablement team and the broader EY Partner Ecosystem program to deliver alliance enablement services across strategic initiatives and daily operations. Collaboration with onshore alliance leaders, GDS enablement teams, and cross-functional stakeholders is key to coordinating operating rhythms, governance, and service delivery processes that drive global ecosystem execution. As a Senior Associate, you will manage priorities, deliver high-quality work, and contribute to process standardization, automation, content development, and issue resolution across geographies.

Support key initiatives for Global Ecosystem Enablement, including operating model enhancements, governance cadences, and service delivery improvements. Assist in deploying and coordinating partner ecosystem enablement processes, ensuring clear documentation of roles, responsibilities, and escalation paths. Develop a strong understanding of Global Ecosystem Enablement processes, tools, and operating rhythms, managing routine queries and issue resolution. Create and maintain dashboards, trackers, and reports to provide visibility into progress, risks, and outcomes. Facilitate structured collaboration across onshore and GDS enablement teams by coordinating action items and communication cadences. Develop and update process documentation, operating guides, and best-practice materials. Organize program requirements and partner ecosystem priorities into clear communications and presentations. Regularly review and refresh Ecosystem Enablement reference materials, ensuring accuracy and version control across collaboration tools.

Contribute to the improvement and automation of enablement processes, tools, and knowledge-sharing mechanisms, including the use of AI solutions. Streamline enablement budget development, tracking, and reporting. Develop regular communications and updates for relevant stakeholders. Work with onshore and GDS Ecosystem Enablement contacts on projects and operational priorities, ensuring quality and timeliness. Maintain project plans, action trackers, and risk logs, escalating issues as needed. Support internal EY Ecosystem leadership meetings by preparing agendas, briefing materials, and action trackers.

Possess strong program and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage workplans, priorities, risks, and dependencies effectively. Demonstrate the ability to collaborate with onshore stakeholders, build positive working relationships, and translate business priorities into structured enablement activities. Exhibit good analytical, problem-solving, and research skills, with the capacity to assess issues and support root cause analysis. Experience in maintaining project plans, execution trackers, and reporting updates is essential. Strong written and verbal English communication skills are required for preparing clear business content. A high level of attention to detail is necessary across operations, reporting, documentation, and stakeholder deliverables. Ability to convert detailed process information into clear communications, dashboards, and presentations. Experience working effectively in virtual, cross-cultural, and multi-geography environments is crucial.

Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and collaboration tools is required. Familiarity with Power BI, workflow, reporting, or automation tools is advantageous. A strong technology aptitude and curiosity for using digital tools, data, and AI-enabled approaches to enhance productivity is desired. Prior experience supporting alliance, partner ecosystem, enablement, operations, PMO, strategy execution, or stakeholder management programs within professional services, technology, or complex matrixed organizations is preferred. Knowledge of EY and GDS operations, or exposure to Big 4, consulting, technology alliance, or leadership support environments is beneficial. Exposure to sales, pipeline, alliance operations, opportunity lifecycle concepts, and collateral preparation would be an added advantage.
