Lead the NVIDIA Alliance's operational rhythm and PMO, translating strategic goals into integrated plans with clear outcomes, owners, and milestones. Develop executive insights, dashboards, and performance narratives covering sales, pipeline, partner activity, and key indicators, recommending corrective actions. Design and lead governance for leadership meetings, QBRs, and operational reviews, ensuring high-quality materials and disciplined action closure. Serve as a trusted operations advisor to alliance leadership, anticipating needs and enabling informed decisions across global stakeholders. Oversee alliance knowledge and content management, establishing standards for quality, consistency, and findability. Direct collaboration with Brand, Marketing, and Communications teams on alliance messaging and content. Provide managerial oversight of NVIDIA partner tools, portals, and operational processes, including access governance and issue resolution. Lead operational governance for NVIDIA Market Development Funds and alliance investments, ensuring planning, tracking, and compliance. Oversee NVIDIA alliance contract and compliance workstreams, managing risks and dependencies. Sponsor and deliver strategic projects focused on transformation, stakeholder engagement, and offering development. Drive simplification, standardization, and control strengthening of alliance operations through operating-model design and process mapping. Develop and execute an automation and responsible AI roadmap for alliance operations. Manage senior stakeholder expectations and communications, influencing without direct authority. Provide direction, coaching, and quality oversight to team members supporting NVIDIA alliance operations.
A deep understanding of alliance, ecosystem, or partner program operations within professional services, technology, or consulting environments is essential. Knowledge of NVIDIA, accelerated computing, AI platforms, or digital transformation ecosystems is strongly preferred.
Strong commercial and operational acumen is required, with the ability to convert complex data into executive insights and recommendations. Advanced program and portfolio management capabilities, including operating-model design, governance, risk management, and delivery across concurrent workstreams, are crucial.
Demonstrated leadership and people-management experience is necessary, including setting direction, delegating effectively, coaching contributors, and building a high-performing team environment. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required, with working knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, and SharePoint being desirable.
Proven capability in operational excellence and transformation, including process redesign, control development, and sustained issue resolution, is expected. The ability to build a practical automation roadmap and apply responsible AI concepts to improve productivity and stakeholder experience is highly desirable.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with strong executive presence and business writing abilities, are necessary. Strong analytical judgment, structured problem-solving skills, and attention to detail are required.
Academically, an MBA or postgraduate qualification, or equivalent professional experience, is preferred. A Bachelor's degree in business, technology, engineering, commerce, or a related discipline is required. Relevant project/program management or process improvement certifications would be an added advantage.
Requires 12+ years of progressive, relevant experience in alliance operations, program management, business operations, or technology partner operations. Meaningful exposure to NVIDIA or a comparable strategic technology alliance is strongly preferred. Demonstrated managerial experience leading complex, cross-functional programs and operational teams is essential. Proven experience advising and influencing senior stakeholders in a global, matrixed environment is necessary.
