This role serves as the GDS Alliance Operations Lead Analyst, focusing on the ServiceNow Alliance. You will provide essential operations, governance, and coordination support within the Global Alliances function. The position is key to driving an efficient and scalable operating model by managing priorities, improving processes, and facilitating the successful execution of ServiceNow alliance initiatives across sales, development, and delivery efforts.
This role serves as the central operations and PMO support for alliance activities, ensuring diligent tracking of priorities, workstreams, owners, and timelines.
You will provide leadership with critical business insights through structured reporting and dashboards, covering sales, pipeline, partner activities, and performance metrics.
Responsibilities include supporting governance cadences for leadership meetings, QBRs, and operational reviews by developing agendas, coordinating inputs, and tracking actions.
You will maintain and update alliance reference materials, presentations, and enablement assets to ensure consistency and accessibility.
Additional duties involve coordinating alliance-related content with Marketing teams and managing ServiceNow partner tools and processes, including portal access and certification tracking.
Furthermore, you'll support ServiceNow Market Development Fund processes, investment tracking, compliance, and contract activities. Collaboration with onshore enablement teams on strategic projects and identifying opportunities for process simplification and standardization are also key.
A strong understanding of alliance, ecosystem, or partner program operations is essential, with a preference for experience in professional services, technology, or consulting environments. Exposure to ServiceNow or similar enterprise software ecosystems is advantageous.
You should possess working knowledge of sales cycles, pipeline management, partner program metrics, and GTM motions, with the ability to translate data into executive-level insights.
Excellent program and project management skills are required, including planning, tracking, risk monitoring, and managing competing deadlines.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is expected. Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, or SharePoint is a plus.
Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement, process simplification, and operational excellence, including process mapping and SOP development, is necessary.
An ability to identify automation opportunities and responsibly apply digital tools to enhance productivity and reporting is crucial.
Practical exposure to generative AI tools for research, content development, and insight generation is highly desirable.
Strong stakeholder management skills, the ability to anticipate needs, and build trusted advisor relationships are vital.
Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, including business writing and executive presentation development, are a must.
We are looking for strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and meticulous attention to detail.
Experience working in virtual, matrixed, and multi-geography environments with cultural sensitivity is important.
Internal candidates should possess knowledge of EY operations; external candidates with Big 4, consulting, or technology leadership support experience will be preferred.
