This role focuses on providing structured operations, governance, and execution support for the NVIDIA Alliance within EY's Global Alliances and Ecosystem Relationship Enablement function. The objective is to enhance alliance leadership effectiveness through a scalable operating model, tracking priorities, managing operational cadence, and ensuring the timely execution of NVIDIA alliance initiatives across various engagement models.

- Act as the primary operations and PMO support for the NVIDIA alliance, meticulously tracking priorities, workstreams, timelines, risks, and dependencies. - Deliver timely business insights to NVIDIA alliance leadership via structured reports, dashboards, and executive-ready narratives on sales, pipeline, GTM activities, and performance indicators. - Facilitate governance cadences, including leadership meetings and QBRs, by developing agendas, coordinating inputs, and managing action item closure. - Maintain and update alliance reference materials, presentations, and enablement assets for improved accessibility and relevance. - Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, and Communications teams to ensure alliance content aligns with messaging standards and stakeholder expectations.

- Demonstrate a strong understanding of alliance, ecosystem, or partner program operations, preferably within professional services or technology sectors. Experience with NVIDIA, accelerated computing, or AI platforms is a plus. - Possess working knowledge of sales cycles, pipeline management, partner program metrics, and GTM motions, with the ability to translate data into executive insights. - Exhibit strong program and project management skills, including planning, tracking, risk management, and managing competing deadlines. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential; experience with Power BI, Power Automate, or SharePoint is advantageous. - Bring experience in continuous improvement, process simplification, and operational excellence. - Ability to identify and apply digital tools, including responsible AI, to enhance productivity and reporting quality. - Proven stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to build trusted advisor relationships across diverse functions and geographies. - Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including business writing and executive presentation development. - Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to detail. - Experience working in virtual, matrixed, and multi-geography environments is required.
