This Senior Associate role in GDS Alliances Operations focuses on the ServiceNow Alliance, operating from the Program Operations CoE. You will be instrumental in managing day-to-day operations, governance, stakeholder coordination, reporting, and content management for the ServiceNow Alliance within the Global Alliances and Ecosystem Relationship Enablement function.

Provide essential day-to-day operations and PMO support for alliance activities, meticulously maintaining trackers for priorities, timelines, risks, and dependencies. Generate timely business reports and dashboards, offering clear, concise narratives on sales, pipeline, partner activity, and key performance indicators.

Coordinate governance cadences for leadership meetings and operational reviews, including agenda preparation, content organization, and action item follow-up. Maintain and refresh alliance reference materials, presentations, and enablement assets to ensure consistency and accessibility.

Administer and support ServiceNow partner tools and portals, coordinating issue resolution and monitoring adoption. Collaborate with finance, legal, and enablement teams to support Market Development Fund processes and compliance monitoring. Support contract and governance activities, including tracking localization of global agreements and partner requirements.

Assist onshore alliance enablement contacts with project execution, stakeholder mapping, and event coordination. Drive process simplification and standardization by documenting workflows and improving data quality. Leverage approved automation and AI tools to enhance efficiency, reporting, and service delivery.

A solid understanding of alliance, ecosystem, or partner program operations, ideally within professional services or technology environments, with a preference for ServiceNow exposure. Possess working knowledge of sales cycles, pipeline management, GTM motions, and partner program metrics, with the ability to interpret and summarize data effectively.

Demonstrate strong project coordination skills, including planning, tracker maintenance, and risk management. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential; experience with Power BI, Power Automate, or SharePoint is advantageous. Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies and a knack for identifying automation opportunities are highly valued.

Practical exposure to generative AI tools for research, content development, and productivity enhancement is desirable. Excellent stakeholder coordination and communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to effectively manage expectations and escalate issues across global teams. Sound analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and meticulous attention to detail are critical for success in this role.
