We seek a GDS Alliances Investments Senior Analyst to support our global Ecosystem Relationship Enablement function. This role is integral to managing Market Development Funds for strategic alliances, ensuring seamless service delivery, and executing special projects.

As part of the GDS Alliances Delivery Center, you will oversee the investment support model for one or more alliances. Your responsibilities will include administering investments in strict compliance with organizational mandates and policies, contributing to a high-performing alliance ecosystem.

Key responsibilities include diligently tracking alliance investment activities and ensuring accurate, timely submission of claims for reimbursement. You will maintain robust, audit-ready processes by applying internal controls and thorough documentation.

Collaborate closely with onshore Alliance BMC teams, Operations, Finance, and alliance leaders to provide essential investment data, analysis, and status updates. This role involves reviewing and updating alliance investment reference materials, standard operating procedures, and process documentation, ensuring easy access.

Support initiatives related to alliance partner processes and tools, manage access requests and issues, and administer alliance investment platforms. Reconcile investment codes, claims, and expense bookings for accuracy and proper allocation. Maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards for alliance leadership, including budget utilization analysis and forecasts.

A strong foundation in accounting principles, including experience with general ledger accounts and reconciliations, is essential. Proficiency in finance systems like SAP or Oracle is required, with Tally being an advantage. You must demonstrate advanced skills in handling complex spreadsheets and large datasets with exceptional accuracy.

Practical experience in planning, budgeting, and investment administration, including forecasting and management reporting, is crucial. A strong technology aptitude and experience supporting finance or investment operations within professional services or an alliance ecosystem are preferred.

Exposure to process improvement, simplification, and automation is beneficial. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is a must, with Power BI skills being a plus. The ability to work effectively with senior onshore stakeholders and build trusted relationships is vital. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills are necessary to manage multiple demanding deadlines.
