As a Senior/Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for developing and mentoring Analysts and Advanced Analysts, acting as a trusted counselor. You'll proactively identify and resolve issues, seek opportunities to diversify client portfolios, and foster strong team collaboration and communication. Demonstrating effective presentation and public speaking skills is key, alongside clear communication via various channels. You'll manage your schedule effectively, take ownership of your work, and adhere to practice protocols.

Further responsibilities include identifying process improvements, ensuring the correct application of tax methodologies and technologies, and encouraging open dialogue and idea sharing within the team. You will also focus on clarifying performance expectations, providing constructive feedback, and contributing to a positive team atmosphere. Maintaining focus on work products and holding team members accountable for timely, high-quality deliverables are essential. We are seeking candidates with a Graduate or Post Graduate degree in Finance. A minimum of 1 year to 3 years of experience is preferred, ideally within a similar field. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong leadership potential, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, along with a proactive approach to problem-solving and client service. Familiarity with tax concepts and a commitment to continuous learning are highly valued.
