This role is within the Financial Services Office (FSO), focusing on senior to assistant manager level responsibilities. You will be instrumental in developing and mentoring junior team members while ensuring the highest standards of client service and operational efficiency.

Develop, mentor, and supervise Analysts and Advanced Analysts, acting as a trusted counselor. Proactively identify and resolve issues, recommending innovative solutions. Seek opportunities to diversify client exposure and foster strong collaboration within the team. Enhance presentation and public speaking skills, actively participating in meetings. Effectively communicate progress and project status to global supervisors, taking ownership of your schedule to meet chargeability goals and adhere to practice protocols.

Focus on identifying process improvements, ensuring the consistent use of tax-specific methodologies and technologies. Encourage open sharing of ideas and critical questions. Provide constructive feedback and clarify performance expectations to help team members contribute effectively. Contribute to a positive team environment by demonstrating commitment and optimism, holding team members accountable for high-quality, timely work.

We seek candidates with a Graduate or Post Graduate degree in Finance, possessing 1 to 3 years of relevant experience, ideally within a similar field. Essential knowledge includes statutory and GAAP income tax provisions, investment accounting policies, corporate taxation, consolidations, and familiarity with ASC 740, Form 1120PC, and Form 1120L. Experience with income tax support for insurance companies and C Corporations, along with applying IRS rules for investments, market discount, OID premium, and loss reserves, is also required.
