We are looking for a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in tax compliance and reporting, a deep understanding of UK tax regulations, and proven leadership abilities. You will oversee client engagements and drive the delivery of exceptional tax services.

Lead and mentor the UKI Core Tax GCR - TARAS team, providing guidance and support. Oversee the preparation and review of tax accounting disclosures for clients. Ensure strict adherence to UK tax laws and regulations, staying abreast of all changes. Cultivate and maintain robust client relationships, offering strategic tax counsel. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated tax solutions. Identify and implement process improvements for enhanced efficiency. Mentor and develop junior staff members, fostering their professional growth. Participate actively in business development initiatives, including proposal writing and client presentations.

A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required. A Master's degree or a professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CTA is preferred. Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in tax compliance and reporting, ideally within professional services. Demonstrate strong knowledge of UK tax legislation and compliance. Proven track record in managing teams and client relationships. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are needed to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
