As a Senior Agentic AI Engineer, you will:

- Architect and develop Agentic AI solutions, translating business needs into robust agent designs. - Build retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, covering ingestion, embedding, and response generation. - Create and enhance reusable AI/ML accelerators for various business functions. - Develop and maintain high-throughput, asynchronous RESTful APIs for AI capabilities. - Integrate with enterprise and third-party systems using REST and JSON. - Implement robust API security measures, including OAuth 2.0 and JWT. - Document APIs comprehensively using OpenAPI/Swagger specifications. - Write clean, tested code, participate in code reviews, and mentor junior engineers. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions. - Stay abreast of the latest AI and LLM trends, contributing to team knowledge and capability growth.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

- Strong Python programming skills. - Proficiency with Python web/API frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Django. - Experience with Pydantic for data validation and asyncio for asynchronous operations. - Familiarity with deploying Python services using ASGI/WSGI servers. - Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles, JSON, OpenAPI/Swagger, and API security. - Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen). - A good grasp of data structures and algorithms. - Working experience with at least one major cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP). - A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, AI, etc.). - 5-8 years of software engineering or AI/Data experience, with at least 3 years in Python backend/API development and 2 years in GenAI/Agentic AI solution delivery. - Proven track record of deploying AI solutions to production environments.
